§ 1. Acceptance

By visiting snoopy-wallpaper.com, downloading any wallpaper, or using site features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

§ 2. License & permitted use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of wallpapers, PNGs, GIFs and live videos. You may set them as device backgrounds. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, or use them in products, ads, or commercial projects without rights-holder permission.

§ 3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download beyond normal personal use; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; harass others; misrepresent affiliation with Peanuts Worldwide LLC; or use automated tools that degrade service for other visitors.

§ 4. Intellectual property

Snoopy, Woodstock, Charlie Brown, Lucy and related characters, names and artwork are trademarks and copyrights of Peanuts Worldwide LLC and/or Charles M. Schulz. Site layout, curation and original text are ours. Fan art and third-party uploads, if any, remain subject to respective owners.

§ 5. Accounts

Optional Google sign-in links favorites and download history to your account. You are responsible for securing your Google credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

§ 6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free downloads, or compatibility with every device or OS version.

§ 7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, snoopy-wallpaper.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or downloaded files. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid us (zero for free users), whichever is greater.
